Everlong was the second single released from the Foo Fighters’ 1997 second album The Colour and the Shape. The first single, Monkey Wrench was a top ten hit on both the Alt Rock and Mainstream Rock charts, peaking at number nine on both.
Everlong did even better on both charts, peaking at number three on the Alternative chart and number four on the Mainstream Rock chart.
