Even Flow was the second single released from Pearl Jam’s 1991 debut album Ten. It also was their first top five hit on the Mainstream Rock charts when Even Flow peaked at number three in 1992. In 2008, Rolling Stone magazine ranked Even Flow at number 77 on The 100 Greatest Guitar Songs of All Time, and VH1 ranked it at number 30 the same year on its 100 Greatest Hard Rock Songs of all time.
