Jay-Z is one of the biggest names in the entertainment business, but back in 1995, he was just another hip hop artist looking for a break. His debut single was called ‘In My Lifetime’, and the original version of the song was sold by Jay-Z and his friend Damon Dash out of the back of Dash’s car in 1993.
