Quigley Down Under was a 1990 western movie that starred Tom Selleck as Matthew Quigley, an American cowboy in Australia with a modified rifle with which he can shoot accurately from extraordinary distances. In one of the best scenes in the movie, Elliott Marston (Alan Rickman) challenges Quigley to shoot a bucket from a tremendous distance, and not only does Quigley shoot it once, he shoots it two more times to make his point.
