Don Rickles was the king of insults, and he was on fire on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in 1995. Rickles appeared on the Tonight Show when Johnny Carson was the host many, many times, and in this appearance in 1995 with Leno, nothing was off limits. I’m pretty sure this type of appearance wouldn’t fly on network TV today, but back in the day, it was par for the course!
