In 1995, Oasis released their second studio album titled (What’s the Story) Morning Glory?, and the fourth single Wonderwall was their breakthrough hit in the United States when it became their first top 40 hit on the Hot 100 chart when it peaked at number eight in 1995. It also topped the Alternative Airplay charts, and in 2020, it became the first song from the ’90s to reach one billion streams on Spotify.
